MINDFULNESS WITH A SPARK:
At the heart of Crave is a desire for discovery — that spark that happens when you try something new.
I’m always chasing that feeling — that moment of surprise, of seeing what unfolds when you let go of control and let the universe guide you.Our experiences invite people to pause their daily routine and make something with their hands. It’s a guided journey — kind of like a yoga practice, but with art.
What I love most is witnessing that shift — when someone says, “I’m not creative,” or “I was afraid to start,” and then they lose themselves in the process.
And honestly, the energy of Crave Workshops is fun — it’s colorful, relaxed, and full of life. It’s mindfulness with a spark. We start off with a grounding meditation, but soon the room fills with laughter as everyone grabs paint and starts sharing what they’ve made with each other.
I truly believe that life is the sum of the people we meet, the places we visit, and the memories we make along the way. And with Crave, we’re creating those core memories — in boardrooms, conference rooms, and on team retreats.
In a world shaped by AI, where stress, burnout, and loneliness are at an all-time high, creating spaces for real human connection has never been more important. And that’s what lights me up — seeing people inspired and empowered through art.
Because when we make space for wonder, joy, and presence, we remind people what it means to be fully alive.
