Agnes Pierscieniak is the founder of Crave Workshops, a Bay Area creative wellness company that has guided more than 6,000 participants worldwide through art-based experiences designed to foster connection and wellbeing.

With a background as a Creative Director in branding and experiential design, Agnes has worked with organizations including Google, Adobe, eBay, Cisco, Deloitte, Waymo, and L’Oréal. She leads workshops, conference activations, and keynote experiences that blend creativity, mindfulness, and participation—helping teams engage more deeply with one another.

Recent speaking engagements include leading an immersive creative wellness session at the Wellbeing at Work Summit in Los Angeles, where participants explored firsthand how creative practice can strengthen engagement, belonging, and human connection.
